***** New Project *****

      NOTA has finished their 3rd project "Illusions" that was released on December 6th on MasterShield Records and we appreciate their support.  The title cut "Illusions" is an original song by David our mandolin player.   "Driving by Graceland" written by Tim S. was released On December's "PrimeCuts of Bluegrass. We completed the recording at Old House Recording in Dobson.  Van & Tina Gallman engineered the project. Van & NOTA completed the mix and mastering. For complete song list see below

NOTA's 2nd recording is entitled "make a note" that was released in October 2001, on MasterShield Records, Harrisonburg, VA.  Recorded at Blueridge Studios in Luray, VA.  Advertisements were in "Bluegrass Now" & "Bluegrass Unlimited" magazines. NOTA recorded a 3 track demo in 2000. The recording, mastering completed at Old House Recording and produced by NOTA.  Featured two songs written by Tim Sands, Thirty Three Years & Talking to the Mountain as well as one traditional instrumental - June Apple.  All three songs were included on "make a note".

None of the Above recorded their first release as a band on Back 40 Records.  Recorded at Old House Recording Studio in Dobson, NC. Entitled "...all points in between", the features a mix of acoustic music that is characteristic of the group. NOTA completed the project in early December 1998. DRT Mastering finished the final editing. SMS Manufacturing in Tenn. completed the duplication and put everything together.
